The Junk South team helped me with two projects this weekend. Tyler and Jessie were absolutely wonderful helping me shuffle items around to different locations. They were extremely patient with the process and made everything go smoothly. We finished in great time. Tyler returned the next day with Jeremiah to pick up rail road ties that we have been trying to remove from our yard along with a couple items in our house. They were so fast! I could not be happier with both teams and the services they provided. We will be calling them again (once we have more ties ready for them. :) ). Professional, fast, friendly, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I am very disappointed with this company. I spoke with Chris(the owner) on February 3, 2021. I had originally called to receive pricing for a roll off dumpster. Chris insisted that the full service would be cheaper, and that his guys would come out, and remove everything I informed him that needed to be removed. He gave me prices for a 10 cubic yard full service, and a 20 cubic yard full service. He stated that the half load would be 180 and the full load would be 280. He informed me that he would charge me 220 because he thought I might go over half, and if I did it would still only be 280 for the 20 cubic yards, and that I would still come out cheaper than the 370 for the 20 yard roll off container that I originally called to get pricing on. Unfortunately when his movers(Jessie and Tyler) came out the next day I was informed that the pricing that I received was inaccurate, and that the price for a full load/full service would be about 480. I asked if I could talk to Chris since he was the one who quoted me. Jessie informed me that he would call his supervisor, and maybe I could receive a discount off the actual fee of 480. His supervisor Moe came out, and basically said to me this is the price take it or leave it. I asked if I could speak to Chris, and he stated, Chris is at home with his family, and unavailable. Then, asked me if I wanted the service. I said, no. Now 6 days later I never received a phone call back. I am very disappointed with this company. UPDATE: I received a call from Chris this morning (02/11), and I am greatly astonished by his eagerness to make things right. He discounted the 460 fee, came out with his team, supervised, and also helped in the removal of my items. Thank you guys so much, you are well appreciated.

Our experience was efficient and easy. I made a call and by the end of the day our junk was gone! A big draw was that they keep as much as possible out of the landfill. We had some of everything, old fencing, construction debris, a mattress, old electronics. They loaded quickly but let me know what in the heap they'd be able to recycle. I've already recommended to friends.

Easy to make an appointment, arrived when they said the would, called before coming to let me know they were on their way, very fair prices, super easy to work with. Anytime I need a bulky item removed I would give them a call.
